Essential Job Responsibilities

- Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings
- Works in coordination with risk team through contract management process
- Takes an active role in reviewing, renaming and filing COIs
- Performs weekly reports in DocuSign to ensure data compliance
- Analyzes multiple data points to ensure data integrity
- Constantly strives to improve processes and procedures in accordance with sound data management
- Assist risk management team with annual ERM assessment
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by management
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations, including intellectual property, by keeping confidential information
- Develop and grow relationships with our Internal and External partners
- Contributes to team effort for the overall success of the department

- Has excellent spreadsheet and data management skills

- Required: Junior or Senior Candidate for a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management or Finance.
