Arborist Inventory Coordinator – Tree Care Division
Location: Orange County, San Diego & Indio | Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $27 /hr (depending on experience)
Harvest Landscape Enterprises, a leading provider of landscape and tree care services in Southern California, is seeking a detail-oriented Arborist Inventory Coordinator to support our Tree Care Division. This field-focused role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, conducting tree assessments, and maintaining accurate data for planning and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct tree inventories and field assessments across commercial properties
- Use GPS, GIS, tablets, and mobile apps to capture accurate data
- Prepare detailed audit reports with photos and condition findings
- Map tree locations, identify maintenance needs, and assess health and safety risks
- Collaborate with arborists, operations teams, and management to prioritize work
- Safely navigate outdoor environments, including uneven terrain and various weather conditions
- Travel regularly between OC, San Diego, and Indio job sites
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or arboriculture
- ISA Certified Arborist or ability to obtain certification within 1 year (TRAQ preferred)
- Knowledge of Southern California tree species and common defects
- Proficiency with GPS, GIS, and mobile data-collection tools
- Strong visual assessment, communication, and detail-oriented skills
- Valid Driver’s License; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
