Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop real-world experience in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership while working toward increased responsibility within a growing team.

No previous sales or management experience is required.

We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing development from day one.

As a Sales & Marketing Management Trainee, you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of our business through hands-on experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing nonprofit organizations through face-to-face marketing and fundraising campaigns
• Engaging with potential supporters at events and other approved locations
• Communicating campaign missions and building positive relationships with the public
• Developing sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills
• Participating in daily training and one-on-one coaching
• Learning how to track individual and team performance
• Supporting event setup, execution, and campaign operations
• Progressively developing skills in training, recruitment, team leadership, and management
