Phone Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities and Scheduling Several Daily Appointments throughout the calendar for many different representatives
• Engage in effective direct conversations, following company scripts while understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
• Utilize our company software to track leads, update customer information, book appointments, and manage sales pipelines
• Negotiate terms and close Set firm appointments confidently while maintaining a positive excitement throughout the engagements with clients
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and support marketing campaigns through targeted outreach
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the appointment process
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within our company software systems for accurate reporting and analysis

Qualifications

• Can follow instructions easily and follow scripts
• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology/product sales with a focus on outbound calling preferred but not required
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor and CLEAR HAPPY VOICE
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and customer development strategies
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
