Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Direct Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our customer base through proactive outside sales efforts. In this dynamic role, you will engage with potential clients, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty through informational In-Home Product Demonstrations of our Certified Health Product! Your enthusiasm and communication skills will be vital in promoting our products and services directly to home owners in your area. Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales techniques, including cold calling, warm lead base, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients at their homes to understand their needs and present customized solutions via demonstrating effectively how our products solve their lifelong issues
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using sales administration tools and software
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively
- Assist in benefits administration for clients by explaining product features, finance options, or service plans when applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads and expand client base
- Knowledge of sales administration practices, benefits administration, and customer service standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required to effectively serve diverse customer populations
