We’re looking for a people-centered HR Generalist who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience and helping others thrive. In this role, you’ll balance both the strategic and hands-on sides of HR—supporting payroll, compliance, recruitment, and engagement—while building relationships across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
• Serve as an integral part of our HR team—supporting employees through every stage of their journey and acting as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time for multiple locations.
• Support benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as HR documentation.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers and background checks. Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the HR Director and leadership team on career development initiatives that foster employee growth and retention.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed.
• Assist in reporting, documentation, and audits related to HR metrics and payroll compliance, including maintaining employee records.
• Build strong relationships with remote and onsite teams.
• Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Work closely with HR leadership and department heads to identify and implement HR best practices and initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of HR generalist or related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing payroll and HR compliance (Paychex and multi-state payroll experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics tracking
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
