Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Regional Total Rewards Manager for our client in Sterling Heights on a direct hire basis.
This position is open to U.S. citizens only. Proof of citizenship will be required during the hiring process in accordance with federal regulations.

Salary Range: 90,000k to 110,000K ( Based upon education and experience)

Key Responsibilities
1. Benefits & Pension Management
- Administer and support group benefits and retirement programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k/RRSP, DB/DC plans).
- Lead annual open enrollment, ensure system accuracy, and coordinate with vendors and internal partners.
- Resolve complex employee inquiries and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations (HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA).
- Audit enrollments and invoices, reconcile deductions, and maintain accurate benefits data.
2. Compensation Administration
- Support administration of bonuses, adjustments, and compensation transactions.
- Assist with job evaluations, job descriptions, career paths, and compensation policy updates.
- Ensure compensation practices align with company standards and legal requirements; train HR teams on tools and processes.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain documentation for audits, reporting, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare total rewards reports and ensure compliance with benefit and pension reporting requirements.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and annual benefits reporting and invoice processing.
4. Rewards & Wellness Programs
- Administer education assistance, wellness initiatives, employee perks, and discount programs.
- Maintain employee wellness platforms and communication materials.
- Monitor participation and recommend program enhancements.
5. Employee Communication & Change Management
- Develop and deliver communication strategies for benefits and rewards changes.
- Provide training and support to managers, HR teams, and employees.
- Recommend process improvements.
6. Team Leadership
- Manage and develop 1 direct report.
- Ensure proper training, performance management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Preferred: Concentration in HR/Finance; CEBS, SHRM-CP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
Experience
- Required: 5 years of HR experience focused on benefits administration.
- Preferred: 7 years in total rewards supporting multi-site operations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of benefits laws/regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential data, interpret policies, and handle high-pressure situations.
- Preferred: Broad HR knowledge, advanced MS Office skills.
Communication & Working Relationships
Internal: Senior HR team, managers, plant HR, payroll, finance.
External: Vendors, medical providers, brokers.
