mmaryThe Staff Accountant will provide support across a variety of accounting, accounts receivable, collections, and administrative functions. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, support month-end close activities, and contribute to process improvement initiat

ives.Key Responsibil

• itiesAdminister the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, payment processing, account maintenance, and collect
• ions.Coordinate invoice creation and cash application activities while partnering with and providing oversight to the offshore transactional support
• team.Review, verify, and reconcile customer invoices, payments, and account activity to ensure accu
• racy.Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records and subsidiary led
• gers.Work closely with Sales Operations to resolve billing discrepancies and process customer account adjustm
• ents.Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances through phone and email outreach, escalating unresolved issues as ne
• eded.Maintain financial records and generate reports using QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting sys
• tems.Analyze invoices and expense documentation to accurately code transactions and prepare journal ent
• ries.Establish and maintain electronic payment information for customer acco
• unts.Ensure invoices, payment confirmations, and supporting documentation are properly organized and reta
• ined.Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and financial rec
• ords.Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with cash management repor
• ting.Prepare and post daily and monthly journal entries to the general le
• dger.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close proce
• sses.Participate in special projects, including automation initiatives, system enhancements, data imports, and AI-driven process improvem

ents.Required Qualifica

• tionsMinimum of three (3) years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and practical experi
• ence.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline prefe
• rred.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accu
• racy.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft E
• xcel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakehol
• ders.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervi
• sion.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying solut
