ROLE OVERVIEW: Associate Financial Advisor
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Associate Advisor to support a high-performing Tucson, AZ office while contributing to broader regional advisory needs. Key Responsibilities: Associate Financial Advisor
- Support client meetings through preparation, planning updates, analysis, and follow-through.
- Build and update financial plans and assist with plan implementation and coordination with internal teams.
- Participate in 401(k) enrollment meetings and support Tucson’s business-owner and high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with regional Associate Advisors and the central Financial Planning team during peak workloads.
- Engage in mentorship, training, and ongoing development while pursuing required licenses and designations.
Qualifications & Experience: Associate Financial Advisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Economics, or related field.
- At least a year of financial planning, wealth management, banking, or related experience (or strong internship background).
- Proficiency with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting client-facing work with strong communication skills and professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to pursue the CFP® and long-term growth into an Advisor role.
