HARTZ Search invites you to explore an exciting opportunity with our client, Keck Medical Center of USC (KMC), for the Administrative Director, Facilities Management Services. The Administrative Director, Facilities Management Services will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and leadership for facilities management functions across Keck Medical Center of USC, ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational excellence of the physical environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Administrative Director will have multi-campus oversight in this role: Keck Medical Center of USC, Norris Hospital, Norris Research Tower, Soto II and additional facilities. This position serves as executive advisor for facility issues, provides leadership and direction to subordinate management and organizes the activities of the facilities management functions which are necessary for maintaining all physical structures, mechanical/electrical systems, central plants, and utilities in an operative and safe working condition. This position drives operational initiatives, develops and implements policies, develops and implements long-range facilities and infrastructure plans aligned with institutional priorities, and supports the organization’s efforts in meeting or exceeding strategic financial and operational objectives. The Administrative Director will also serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on capital planning, campus development, and energy efficiency. Our client is seeking an exceptional leader who can bring a systematic approach to facilities management services, standardizing the systems across the enterprise and creating efficiency and outstanding customer services and engagement. Keck USC is currently undergoing a $500M capital construction program and the new leader will collaborate with leadership to drive the project cost and on-time activation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Masters degree is preferred
Work Experience Required:
- Ten (10) years minimum management experience (3) of which have been spent at the management level in the facilities department
Position Highlights:
- The Administrative Director, Facilities Services Management, will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
- 4 Direct Report and 65 FTE’s report to the Administrative Director.
