As our Service Manager, you will lead, coach, and inspire our field service technicians to smash revenue goals and deliver exemplary customer service. You’ll be the bridge between our technicians and our office team, ensuring operations run like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Coach & Inspire: Run weekly training sessions and conduct field ride-alongs to coach technicians on Harts’ proven sales process and building customer rapport.

Drive Revenue: Hold the technician team accountable for meeting and exceeding sales and performance benchmarks.

Collaborate: Partner with dispatch, customer service, and HR to optimize the customer experience and support team growth.

Solve Problems: Act as the technical safety net for field techs and swiftly resolve any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Lead the Culture: Shape company culture by living our core values and participating in recruitment and leadership initiatives.
What You Bring (Requirements):

Experience: 5 years of service industry experience AND 5 years of team leadership experience (preferred).

Sales Chops: A proven track record in sales with the ability to teach others how to close with integrity.

Superb Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, comfortable with public speaking/training.

Tech Savvy: Ability to easily navigate iPads, mobile messaging, and industry software.

Reliability: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical & Working Conditions:

A mix of office administrative work and field oversight.

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods, navigate tight spaces/staircases, work in various weather conditions, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Adherence to all OSHA/WISHA safety regulations is a must.
