POSTED ON 1/8/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2/6/2026

At Hartmann Studios, design is more than decoration—it’s storytelling in its most visual form. We transform ideas into experiences that move people and brands, across digital, print, and experiential platforms. If you’re passionate about crafting bold, strategic, and beautiful work, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Graphic Designer shapes the visual tone and aesthetic of client projects from concept to completion. As a key partner to the Art Director and Creative Services team, you’ll translate ideas into resonant, brand-driven design, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional, consistent, and production-ready. Guided by curiosity and precision, you’ll balance artistry with accuracy—delivering work that elevates experiences and meets project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept to Completion: Collaborate with creative leaders to develop and refine design concepts; translate ideas into polished executions across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Production-Ready Craft: Prepare layouts, specifications, and die-lines/mechanicals; ensure accuracy for print, production, and fabrication partners.
  • Design Delivery: Produce high-quality work for client deliverables, pitch materials, and internal presentations; maintain pixel-perfect accuracy and brand integrity.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Asset Hygiene: Maintain organized file structures and adhere to naming conventions for all creative assets.
  • Clear Communication: Create client-ready PDF presentations and design documents that clearly communicate intent and rationale.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, status updates, and working sessions; contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Adapt & Problem-Solve: Demonstrate agility when requirements evolve; proactively resolve design issues and production constraints.
  • Craft & Quality: Uphold standards for professionalism, communication, and client service; continuously explore design innovations and techniques to elevate outcomes.
  • Additional Duties: Support ad hoc needs as assigned by Creative leadership or project leads.
