Pay range: $33/hr - $35/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support an upcoming company rebrand. This role will be responsible for updating all existing marketing materials to align with the new brand identity, creating new branded templates, and ensuring consistent execution across all designs and marketing materials. The role will also involve traffic-managing all designed materials, coordinating workflow, and securing necessary approvals to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly proficient in InDesign and the full Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to apply brand guidelines accurately and consistently. This person will play a key role in maintaining brand integrity and driving a smooth, cohesive rollout of our refreshed visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business goals, including marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral, and point-of-sale materials.
- Deliver measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement.
- Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
- Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce materials that are on-brand and compliant.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all marketing programs adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate, develop, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, sponsorships, and local events to achieve business objectives.
- Provide solutions and problem-solve to meet business line goals.

- Ability to lead projects and deliver data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant marketing.
- Proven track record of completing projects on target, on time, and on budget.
- Able to take decisive action based on leadership direction and research data.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.
