Applicants must have at least 5 years of hands-on home appliance repair experience to be considered.

What You’ll Do
- Perform 8–10 appliance repairs per day (no insurance work, only out-of-warranty jobs)
- Travel to job sites to diagnose and repair appliances
- Provide customers with thorough explanations and accurate repair estimates using company pricing guides
- Collect payments and record job details in company software
- Communicate with the office for updates and support
- Follow all company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of hands-on home appliance repair experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
- Basic computer, data entry, and phone application skills
- Ability to work Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat schedule
