Position Overview:

Seeking motivated and professional Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and helping customers get their appliances back up and running.

Whether you're an experienced technician or have mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose appliance issues.
• Perform repairs on residential appliances, including:
• • Refrigerators
  • Washers
  • Dryers
  • Ovens, ranges, and cooktops
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers.
• Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, and parts needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer experience.
• Manage daily service appointments efficiently.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Contact customers prior to arrival to confirm appointments and provide an ETA.

Qualifications:

Preferred

• Previous appliance repair experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or maintenance work.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (Must provide own vehicle)
• Ability to adjust and move appliances when necessary.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Smartphone or tablet for work order management.
