- Oversee fiscal management tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing processes, and managing practice expenses to ensure financial health.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and state-specific health policies.
- Lead human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee medical administrative support functions such as patient scheduling, billing, coding accuracy, and insurance claims processing.
- Implement practice management strategies to optimize patient flow, improve customer service experiences, and enhance overall clinic efficiency.
- Ensure all medical records are maintained accurately in accordance with legal standards and privacy policies.

Experience
- Proven experience in medical office management within a pediatric or general healthcare setting.
