- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Process transactions such as cash handling and payments when necessary
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and cash handling preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
