Wayne, IN area we’re expanding our team and looking for full-time Customer Service Representative who thrive on helping customers and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—whether they’re facing a plumbing emergency or just need routine maintenance. Your role is key to ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional service from the moment they call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule service appointments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work orders
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and satisfaction
- Communicate with the plumbing team to ensure timely service
- Handle basic billing questions and escalate issues as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center role (plumbing or trades industry a plus)
- Data entry
- Phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, patient, and calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software and basic CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
