Order Entry Specialist (non-exempt)
Hartford Technologies Inc. – Rocky Hill, CT
Hartford Technologies Inc., a global leader in precision manufacturing for the automotive, industrial, and medical industries, is seeking a part-time Order Entry Specialist to join our customer service team.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and process customer orders/releases in our ERP system
- Check orders for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customer service and production teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and provide basic order status updates to customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate degree or equivalent in work experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with purchase orders, packing lists and other standard business documents
- Capability to accurately enter customer orders in our ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Capacity to work 24 hours a week from our Rocky Hill, CT office
