• Represent our client's brand confidently at our partnered retail stores
• Engage with customers through excellent customer service skills, answering questions and providing product information
• Improve customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and monitoring engagement trends
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively, encouraging sales conversions and attracting potential customers
• Support event marketing activities by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and ensuring smooth event operations
• Work closely with team members to generate innovative ideas and solutions through collaborative efforts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills for public speaking
