Harter’s Lakeside Disposal is seeking a responsible and experienced 2nd Shift Lead Diesel Technician/Foreman to join our growing maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow with a family-owned company.
As a Lead Technician/Foreman, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, and assisting in all repairs and preventative maintenance on our heavy-duty truck fleet. We are continuously expanding, adding new equipment, and looking for individuals who will treat our trucks like their own.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on equipment
- Diagnose and analyze mechanical issues
- Develop and execute repair plans
- Follow established checklists and repair protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Track and document maintenance records accurately
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition
- Manage parts inventory and order as needed
- Mentor and support team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and best practices
