Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding automotive repair and maintenance services, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and inventory control of parts and tools.
- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics to identify issues accurately and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance services.
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, providing clear explanations of repairs, estimates, and service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales growth by upselling additional services such as oil changes, alignments, brake repairs, transmissions, diesel engine repairs, tire services, shocks & struts, suspension work, air brake systems, auto body repairs, and other automotive specialties.
- Ensure all service work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications while maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
- Handle administrative tasks including auto estimating, service writing, cash handling, and maintaining detailed records of work performed.
Experience
- Proven dealership or automotive service management experience with a strong background in auto repair operations.
- Extensive mechanical knowledge across various systems such as transmissions, suspensions, brakes, oil changes, alignments, tire services, diesel engines, shocks & struts, air brakes, and auto body repair.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques to accurately identify issues.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling services while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing processes.

Pay: $73,386.97 - $95,000.00 per year
