Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and online inquiries to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer’s preferences.
- Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability aligns with customer demand.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow up on prospects, and maintain detailed customer records.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, insurance packages, and accessories to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with sales support teams and marketing to develop strategies for high-end sales and B2B (business-to-business) opportunities.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions both on the phone and face-to-face.
