What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician position at Harry's Pharmacy?
Harry's Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in the Ewing, NJ area.
The Pharmacy Technician will process, stock, label and ship products in a safe and efficient manner. They will work with other pharmacy staff to improve the customer experience.
This is a Part-time position, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Data entry of the prescription order
- Filling prescription order
- Communication with doctor offices on prescription related matters.
- Communication with patients to collect demographic information.
- Collect and charge payments for prescription transactions
- Packaging/Shipping of finished prescription orders
- Data Entry logs for compounded medications
- Inventory Management of pharmaceuticals include expired drug management
- OTC medication managements
- End of the shift cleaning assignments
- Perform required duties assigned by manage or supervisor
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or retail pharmacy preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
