Job Summary
HWH is seeking an experienced Civil Assistant Project Manager. The Civil Assistant Project Manager works directly with and supports the Project Manger(s) to include project administrative, technical and procurement processes. Assists with estimates, contracts/buy-out, submittals, scheduling and close-out.
Responsibilities
- Assists Project managers with negotiations, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Works with Estimator(s) and/or Projects Manger(s) through pre-construction and proposal process.
- Reviews/assists with submittals and processing.
- Proficient with all software/programs to perform data entry, budget adjustments, change orders, etc as required to assist Project Managers.
- Possess strong communication skills, both with management at all levels, field staff as well as clients.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Proven civil project experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
