Our firm is hiring an Intake Coordinator / Office Assistant for our Concord office. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a mix of front office responsibilities and administrative support.
This position will initially assist with coordinating our office move, and will then transition into a full-time intake and office support role.
Responsibilities
Office Move Support (First 30 Days):
- Assist with organizing and coordinating the office move to a new space
- Help track inventory, pack/unpack, and set up workstations
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with scheduling logistics
- Ensure files, equipment, and supplies are organized and accounted for
Front Office & Intake:
- Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner
- Greet clients and visitors
- Assist with new client intakes and follow-ups
- Maintain a responsive and organized front office
Administrative Support:
- Assist with requesting and organizing medical records and bills
- Support staff with general administrative and case-related tasks
- Maintain organized physical and digital files
- Assist with day-to-day office needs
Additional Role Details (First 30 Days)
For the first month, you will not have a dedicated workspace as we prepare for our office move. You will work from a laptop and move between work areas as needed.
This will be a busy, fast-paced period. You will assist with coordinating the move, working with vendors, and helping ensure the transition runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years office admin experience; law office experience preferred.
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Reliable and consistent work habits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Schedule
- $24.00 per hour (starting pay)
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
