We are a fast-paced personal injury and civil rights law firm seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Intake Coordinator / Receptionist for our Pasadena office. This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and greet clients in a professional, compassionate manner
- Conduct initial client intakes and gather critical case information
- Route calls, messages, and new case inquiries across multiple offices throughout California and to virtual staff abroad
- Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks
- Support the intake and pre-litigation teams in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and patience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple teams and locations
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior customer service experience preferred (legal experience not required)
