Our Company is looking to grow our team with a new Verizon Customer Service Representative, someone who loves technology and enjoys helping people stay connected.
As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent the Verizon brand with professionalism and care. You’ll guide customers to internet and wireless solutions that meet their needs, and deliver reliable, friendly support that builds loyalty.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism in person, listening to their needs, and recommending personalized Verizon solutions (internet, mobile, accessories).
- Using your knowledge of Verizon’s products and services to explain features and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Helping customers understand current technology trends so they can make smart, informed choices.
- Processing sales, activations, upgrades, and accessory orders accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems when needed.
- Staying up-to-date on new products and services through ongoing training and self-study.
- Collaborating with your Verizon Customer Service Representative team sharing tips and best practices to create a supportive, high-energy environment.
- Keeping organized and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Representing our company and Verizon with honesty, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For in a Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- Previous sales or customer-service experience is a plus!
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy talking to people and solving problems.
- A true passion for technology and a curiosity about what’s next.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, as needed.
- A strong customer-first mindset: you genuinely enjoy helping people.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,350.00 per week
