In this Customer Service/Sales Representative position, you will be responsible for handling customer assistance with care, ensuring that all information is communicated clearly and all documentation is completed correctly. With hands-on coaching and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills needed to grow quickly within our Customer Service and Sales team.
Primary Responsibilities of a Customer Service/Sales Representative:
- Responding to customer service questions and requests, doing so with the ability in communicating clearly, following procedures, and treating every customer interaction with professionalism.
- Greeting and offering assistance to customers and patrons to ensure a positive experience.
- Troubleshooting basic customer service concerns and assisting them toward appropriate resolutions as necessary.
- Engaging in continuous learning and development to stay informed about new products and customer service skills.
- Coordinating with other departments to assist and take any necessary efforts to settle customer concerns efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation regarding customer interactions in line with the company guidelines.
- Serving as primary point of contact for customer inquiries about FiOS and 5G products and services.
Skills and Qualifications of a Customer Service/Sales Representative:
- Ability to engage confidently with diverse customer base and patron members across Harrisburg, PA.
- Basic understanding of FiOS and 5G products, industry, marketing, and sales jargons to effectively assist customers.
- Strong work ethic and reliable at following company standards.
