As an HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, install, maintain, and adjust equipment. Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance.

The purpose of your role as an HVAC Service Technician
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, install, maintain, and adjust equipment. Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Repair, install, maintain, and adjust equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Ability to work some evening and weekends (On call rotation)
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customer and office team regarding work needed or performed
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record that meets company standards
- 3 Years as a Service Technician in HVAC
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replace decisions to forward to sales team
- Advanced customer service skills
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medium to large tonnage commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of basic commercial building systems operations
- Specialty knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV, commercial refrigeration, or boilers are a plus
