RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the department
- Manage plant maintenance employees and activities
- Accesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
- Identify and resolve recurring equipment problems
- Set up Preventive Maintenance activities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a union food-manufacturing environment.
- Manage Projects and Budgets
- Experience in PM development
- PLC experience
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus
- Strong people skills
- Intermediate Computer Skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of maintenance experience with 2-3 years in a maintenance leadership role
- Must be available to work all shifts (Assigned shift and assist with coverage as needed)
