Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication

Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes

Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations

Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, policies, and performance forms

Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information

Requirements:
