Harris Health Center in East Providence is a 31 bed skilled nursing facility (SNF). Located in the heart of East Providence, we serve our community by providing residents with skilled nursing services and long term nursing services if needed. We are also accepting applications and resumes from all Certified Nursing Assistants of varying experience levels.
