Job Description
Harris & Harris is seeking motivated full time Energy Advisors to help our customers in finding solutions for their past due cable TV, Tollway or other consumer accounts.
Location: on-site in our office in Coppell, TX
Salary: $15.00/hour, $16.00/hour for Spanish Bilingual Candidates
Schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central

The Energy Advisor will help set up payment plans, document account issues, and/or restore services for customers.
Must be able to:
- Listen and offer solutions to upset customers
- Represent our clients in a positive, professional, and ethical manner while working to exceed customer and company expectations
- Follow Collection laws, processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the leadership team
- Accurately process and record call transactions
- Stay current on system changes, Collection law updates and training
- Manage Call time effectively in order to obtain performance criteria objectives
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Experience with debt collections, call center work, or soft sales is a plus
- Must have a friendly and positive approach to difficult situations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Type at least 25 wpm with >85% accuracy
