Cleaning Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is looking for a small 'side' job cleaning offices, bathrooms, break room and locker room to a consistent high standard once a week for approximately 5hrs (weekends only).

The position requires reliability, honest and ethical behavior, great cleaning and organizing skills, and a commitment to excellence in cleaning services.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of the commercial space - including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing and sanitizing items and surfaces
• Remove garbage and recyclable materials to designated dumpsters, clean receptacles and replace bags
• Clean bathrooms and common areas to meet established cleanliness standards
• Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning agents as needed
• Follow specific cleaning details tailored to our company requirements
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Maintain a professional attitude while communicating and interacting on occasion with direct lead and other team members
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; training may be provided on specifics as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal to no supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical stamina, strength and dexterity to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, reaching, carrying, and walking for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Ability to pass drug screening, required by company policy
