Project Engineer

The Role

This position sits at the center of project delivery, working closely with both the field and office teams.

You will act as the link between Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients, ensuring communication is tight and projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the day to day point of contact for clients, keeping them informed as they are not always on site
• Sending weekly project updates including progress reports, photos, and two week look aheads
• Supporting Superintendents in the field by understanding what they need and helping remove roadblocks
• Visiting job sites regularly to stay close to project activity and team needs
• Operating as a buffer between the field and project management teams to keep everything aligned
• Assisting with estimating and preconstruction as needed

You will be supported by a strong and experienced team of Superintendents, giving you a solid platform to learn and grow quickly.

The Projects

• Local work based around the Monroe area
• Commercial projects typically in the $5M to $15M range
• No long-distance travel or daily Atlanta commute

What They Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience within commercial construction
• Someone early in their career who wants to progress into a Project Manager role quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work between field and office teams
• Ideally based east of Atlanta or looking to avoid the commute into the city
