Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Detailer / Shop Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our shop and vehicles. This role is essential to ensuring a professional environment for both customers and staff, while supporting daily shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Clean and maintain shop floors, work areas, restrooms, and customer-facing spaces
- Remove trash, debris, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety guidelines
- Keep tools, equipment, and supplies organized and properly stored
- Assist technicians with basic tasks such as moving vehicles, prepping cars, and cleaning parts
- Ensure all vehicles are presented in clean, customer-ready condition
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous auto detailing or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Pay: $18.15 - $20.00 per hour
