Job Overview

As a Counter Server/Front-of-House (FOH) Team Member, you will represent our company and be the first point of contact in delivering high-quality service and hospitality to our guests. Your duties will include:

• Warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
• Accurately describing dishes and making appropriate recommendations
• Correctly entering orders into our Point-of-Sale system
• Processing payments and serving food or beverages at the counter
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Providing quick, friendly, and accurate service
• Run food to guests tables, clear tables and keep all aspects of the dining room area clean.

Qualifications

We are seeking applicants who demonstrate the following qualities:

• Prior customer service experience
• A true “people person” providing exceptional and gracious service
• Experience working with a Point-of-Sale system
• Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Competency in counting money and processing payments
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in stressful situations
• A genuine commitment to excellence and success
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Values teamwork and loves serving and helping others

Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage average hourly tip earnings)
