What are the responsibilities and job description for the Long Term Teacher Sub for Resource Room HBS position at Harriet Beecher Stowe Elementary School?
Harriet Beecher Stowe School is seeking a long term substitute teacher to work in our resource room for grades 3-5. This roles starts in immediately, and will last for two to three weeks. HBS is seeking a dynamic individual to provide support to students with special education programming in reading, writing, math and functional skills. Experience with students with disabilities preferred. Students in special education have a wide variety of academic and functional needs. A successful candidates will be flexible, organized and able to build relationships with students, and closely collaborate with team members. Tasks may include supporting students in the regular ed setting, providing small group instruction.

-Maine Department of Education Certification, or college credit.
