Service Manager – Toyota Dealership (Worcester, MA)

Pay: $160,000 – $220,000 per year (based on experience and performance)

Join one of New England’s largest Toyota dealerships! We’re a fast-paced, family-owned operation seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a team of 42 professionals and manage a high-volume department averaging 120 repair orders per day.

We’re looking for a strong leader with proven success in automotive service operations, customer satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands dealership financials, and brings positive, high-energy leadership to the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead all service operations, including hiring, training, and motivating staff.
• Oversee workflow and ensure timely completion of internal, warranty, and customer-pay repairs.
• Manage departmental budget, productivity reports, and payroll accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with Toyota warranty policies and dealership procedures.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and facilities are in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive service management experience (Toyota or import brand preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warranty, customer pay, and internal repair processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
