The Title/Escrow Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our Escrow Processors throughout the real estate closing process.
You’ll communicate with buyers, sellers, REALTORS®, lenders, attorneys, and vendors while helping ensure every transaction moves efficiently from contract to closing.
Every day is different, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, stays organized, communicates professionally, and remains calm under pressure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review title searches and identify items requiring processor review.
- Prepare and send title commitments and related title work to lenders.
- Order mortgage payoffs, HOA statements, estoppel letters, and other documents necessary for closing.
- Assist buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders with completing Qualia tasks.
- Answer client questions regarding the closing process.
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and make outbound calls as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails.
- Maintain organized electronic transaction files.
- Support Escrow Processors throughout the closing process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, REALTORS®, attorneys, vendors, and fellow team members.
- Perform additional administrative and transaction-related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least one year of professional experience in real estate, mortgage lending, banking, legal support, customer service, administrative support, or another detail-oriented professional environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Comfortable answering incoming phone calls and making outbound calls.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and general computer applications.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology, including AI-powered software and tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain new procedures and processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in title or escrow.
- Experience using Qualia.
- Familiarity with the real estate closing process.
Previous title experience is welcome but not required. We are happy to train the right person who demonstrates professionalism, coachability, and a strong desire to learn.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation
- $30,000–$50,000 annually (depending on experience)
