Position Summary
This role is the initial voice and face of our operations — answering phones, taking and recording detailed notes, handling communications, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and the internal team alike. Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage moderate to high volumes of inbound calls and emails; respond quickly and professionally.
- Accurately record phone notes and create tickets using company CRM
- Support internal communication flow between technicians, leadership, and clients.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive thinker with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
- 1 year of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, or similar role (IT industry experience is a plus).
- Basic familiarity with computer parts and IT terminology is a plus.
- Comfortable using major internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and operating a PC (Mac experience is a plus).
