Customer Management Associate

I’m working with a fast-growing Data Center Developer looking to add a Customer Management Associate to their team.
This role sits at the intersection of account management, leasing, and strategic execution, owning key customer relationships, supporting revenue growth, and coordinating across internal teams on complex deals.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow strategic customer accounts
- Support leasing efforts and revenue targets
- Lead QBRs and develop account plans
- Partner cross-functionally to drive deals forward
What they’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
- Experience in data centers, tech, or real estate preferred
- Strong communication ability to navigate complex deals
