A key part of recent success has been attributed to the demand in supporting Data Center development across North America, so this Quality Manager appointment will focused on establishing a strong foundation to build upon with ample opportunity for continued progression within the business, both at a local level and on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Develop QHSE management systems
- Strong focus on driving improvements, developing procedures, maintaining compliance across teams and functions, influencing leadership and driving organizational change
- Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
- Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
- Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental areas
- Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field required (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) or relevant experience
- 5 - 7 years relevant work experience leading teams and Quality processes/systems
- ISO9000: 2000 standard and/or ASME Quality Control System
