Responsibilites
• Provide full P&L leadership for multi-outlet food & beverage operations, leading associates across culinary, service, bar, sales, and operations
• Oversee luxury weddings, corporate events, VIP experiences, and ticketed events from sales handoff through execution
• Drive financial performance through labor strategy, cost controls, forecasting, and vendor management
• Lead monthly leadership and operational reviews focused on revenue, labor efficiency, service standards, and upcoming business volume
• Develop and implement SOPs, training programs, and service standards to ensure consistency and accountability
• Partner closely with Executive Chefs on menu execution, pricing, presentation, and guest experience
• Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence during peak service and high-profile events
