About the Role

We’re looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer to help drive the next chapter of their consumer app. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling features that impact a passionate and growing user base. Working closely with product, design, and engineering leadership, you’ll shape technical direction, improve performance and reliability, and help strengthen the company’s mobile engineering culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of major features across iOS and Android.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with product and design to deliver seamless, high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using Flutter (React Native or native experience a plus).
• Champion mobile engineering best practices and mentor teammates as the team scales.

Your Experience

• Deep expertise in mobile development across iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and modern mobile frameworks.
• Proven track record shipping and maintaining high-quality consumer mobile apps.
• Product-focused mindset with a strong eye for user experience and performance.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership startup environments.

The Benefits

Competitive base salary of $200,000 – $240,000 plus equity, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
