Delivery Recruitment Consultant – Data & AI
Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

We are currently seeking experienced recruiters to join our Phoenix team in a candidate delivery-focused role within the Data & AI market—one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand industries in the world.
As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialize in sourcing, engaging, and managing top-tier Data & AI talent across a variety of permanent opportunities. Working alongside our established client-facing consultants and leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes for our clients.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $52,000–$70,000 (DOE)
- Up to 30% uncapped commission

What You'll Do
- Source and engage top Data & AI talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Screen and qualify candidates by assessing technical experience, career motivations, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Partner closely with account managers and leadership to deliver on active client hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across key technical skill sets and verticals.
- Stay current on Data & AI hiring trends, technologies, and market developments.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while building long-term relationships within your network.
- Serve as a positive role model by supporting and mentoring junior team members.
