- Location – Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
- Pay - $80 - $120 per hour
- Length - Full-time
- Utilization - 40 hours per week

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, focusing on either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Service Management (ITSM). You will work within a collaborative, cross-functional team, partnering with stakeholders, architects, and consultants to design and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across HRSD or ITSM modules
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
- Perform testing (unit, system, and UAT support) and troubleshoot system issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on expertise in either:
- HRSD (Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events), or
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting frameworks
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
