What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Solutions Architect position at Harnham?
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking organization to hire a Senior Solution Architect specialising in Agentic AI, responsible for designing and deploying production-grade AI systems that sit at the core of business operations.
This is a high-impact, deeply technical role focused on building multi-agent AI systems at enterprise scale, not proofs of concept or research initiatives. The systems you design will be embedded into critical workflows and used across large, complex environments.
If you’re someone who thrives on solving real-world problems, enjoys operating at both architectural and hands-on levels, and has successfully taken AI systems into production, this role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge implementations where impact is tangible.
Why You Should Work Here
- True production impact: Build AI systems that are actively used in enterprise environments — not experimental projects
- End-to-end ownership: Shape architecture, design decisions, and delivery from concept through deployment
- Highly technical environment: Work alongside strong engineers and architects in a depth-focused culture
- Complex problem space: Tackle real-world challenges across enterprise systems and workflows
- High autonomy: Operate in a fast-moving, less structured environment where your expertise drives direction
The Role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale, multi-agent AI systems integrated into existing business platforms and workflows.
This is a hands-on architecture role, combining deep technical execution with strategic system design. You will work across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions that interact with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and internal platforms.
You will act as a key technical authority in agentic AI, helping define best practices, frameworks, and governance models while contributing directly to implementation.
What You’ll Own
- Design and deployment of multi-agent AI systems integrated into business workflows
- End-to-end architecture across LLMs, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Integration of AI solutions into enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ITSM, and internal systems)
- Technical leadership across cross-functional delivery pods
- Establishment of best practices, standards, and governance for agentic AI systems
- Hands-on contribution to system design, build, and implementation
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or AI engineering
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems into production at scale (non-negotiable)
- Strong experience with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP accepted)
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems and environments
- Ability to operate hands-on at a deep technical level, not just high-level design
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building reusable AI frameworks or platforms
- Exposure to governance, security, and compliance in AI systems
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small technical teams
- Background working within large-scale enterprise environments
The Stack
LLMs · Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen or similar) · Azure (preferred) / AWS / GCP · APIs · Enterprise System Integrations (ERP, CRM, ITSM) · Distributed Systems · AI Orchestration
