Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise-grade applications.
- Act as a Technical Lead, guiding day-to-day development and engineering decisions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across development and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
- Lead design reviews and guide teams on best practices.
- Work with DevOps teams to implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor engineers and elevate overall technical capability.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or higher).
- Strong hands-on experience with MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Experience in the telecom domain (preferably network engineering / infrastructure systems).
Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
